Cancellation policy
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) are charged 50% of the service cost; no-shows are charged 75%. A card on file is required to secure every booking. Complimentary lash touch-ups are available within 72 hours of your appointment for shedding or gaps.
